Question One:
It is likely that your new ISP is blocking port 25, the port we use when sending
email. Call your ISP and ask them to allow traffic on port 25. If this doesn't
solve your problem contact us and we will help you.
Question Two:
In your Cpanel interface edit the qualifiying weight that tags and deletes
spam. If you have difficulty please contact us and let us know you want a
stronger filter.
